Yes. The equipment comes up to your unit, and the couch, carpet, rugs or mattress are cleaned right there. With your request, include the floor, any elevator, gate or call-box instructions and where we can park and unload, plus photos of each piece or room, so we can plan the visit properly.

Yes. Along with homes, we clean offices: commercial carpet, fabric desk chairs and lobby sofas, all by hot-water extraction on site. Send the rough size of the carpeted area, how many upholstered pieces there are and the weekday or Saturday hours when the space is empty, with a few photos, and we will quote it.

Most appointments take 1–4 hours, depending on how many rooms and pieces you book, their size, the fabric and the condition. A single loveseat is a short visit; carpet for a whole apartment takes longer. We work Mon–Sat 9am–7pm and confirm the appointment time once you have the quote.

It is cleaned at your home, never taken away. Area rugs are cleaned on the floor where they already lie, so nothing leaves the apartment or house and there is no pickup or drop-off. Send the rough size of each rug, a photo of any fringe or backing, and what kind of floor sits underneath it.
